I'm Chef Nang I've been cooking Authentic Thai Street food for over 60 years. My recipes have been passed down through generation, from my grand mother to me , and now to my daughter. About us
At Crossroad Asian Kitchen, we strive to bring you flavorful fusion dishes that conserve Thai cooking methods but offer our family's sophisticated twists on classic Asian dishes. We will also continue to serve our classic Thai dishes well know to our customers since our first location Mello Dee Thai on Route 9W in Valley Cottage.
